BATMAN BACKGROUNDS - Wacky Wallpaper Wednesday!

OK, Every super-loyal Bat-Blog Reader knows that Wednesday is the day we pull out the new cool free Batman Wallpaper Backgrounds, so here we go! This week I thought I'd focus on original comic book art work & do something a little different. The 1st image is from a classic comic book guy, Berni Wrightson! This is a sketch he did in 1989 & it looks like Batman is creating some property damage, again! If you're a bad guy, this is NOT what you want to see, ha ha! The next one is more "modern day" & shows the new Robin. It's drawn by fan favorite Cameron Stewart. For more Desktop Backgrounds please be sure to check out the BAT-BLOG ARCHIVES located on the left-side of this page ( about 1/2 way down ). There, you can see every Batman Wallpaper we have ever posted! Or, you can just click on the button down below & see the last few we have done, thanks!

Bat-Video: CAMERON STEWART Inking BATMAN AND ROBIN Comic Book Page

I always like these kind of videos where they show some talented Comic Book Artist drawing. It's sort of soothing in a zen-kinda way. Yeah, just drawing. I know it sounds boring, like watching grass grow, but really it's very interesting to see how they make characters come to life, especially when they are really good artists. These 2 videos are the perfect example. This is Cameron Stewart inking a current issue of DC Comics' BATMAN & ROBIN. It's pretty cool that he's doing it "old school" with pen/paper & not doing it digitally on the computer which is quickly becoming the norm.
