Video Review: THE DARK KNIGHT Batman Movie Pinball Machine

Here's a pretty good review of the new Batman Pinball Machine Game. It's based on THE DARK KNIGHT film & the graphics are AWESOME! This is actually the 3rd Pinball Game to be based on a Batman movie. This new game was developed by Stern. For my friends & family reading this, I really really want one of these! ( hint, hint )

Awhile back we reported here about a company named STERN INC that is coming out with THE DARK KNIGHT Batman-Themed Pinball Machine. Ever since then I have been doing some research trying to get some nice photos of it, especially what the "game board area" looks like. Well, I got a few pics & they were pretty good but later I opened my e-mail & a loyal Bat-Blog Reader named Logan sent some amazing photos! He had this to say, "I just got back from camp and we had a trip to Toronto. When we were there we went to an arcade. There, they had the TDK Pinball Machine from Stern Pinball Inc.!! I took some pictures with your site in mind so here you go!!" YES!! Thanks Logan, these are really wonderful. I really appreciate that! Yeah, I'm gonna have to track down one of these babies & play it! Also, I think I would kill to have one of these in my living room, ha ha! I checked eBay & they're usually around $5000+, a little out of my budget. Thanks again Logan for sending the pics & I am just gonna let them speak for themselves, a very cool looking pinball game for sure! I guess it might be childhood nostalgia but I really love old pinball machines. So, it was nice to hear that a company named STERN PINBALL, INC with be making a special THE DARK KNIGHT Pinball Machine this year! The Bat-Blog got a hold of a "prototype graphic" of what it is gonna look like! Be sure to click on it to see a larger, more detailed, photo.The graphics are pretty cool & I wonder what kind of sounds it's gonna make. STERN PINBALL is very well-known among Pinball Enthusiasts for making highly-detailed machines that are as fun to play on as they are to look at. They have done Indiana Jones, Spiderman, Shrek, Pirates of The Carribbean, among others. The official website for the company has not released any new product news on this TDK game yet but here's a link if ya wanna check out their other machines. It will give you an idea as to the quality. They make really nice stuff!

Ad: Batman Forever 1995 Sega Pinball Machine

Shown up above is an advertisement for Sega's 1995 BATMAN FOREVER Movie Pinball Machine. Now, I don't mean to be rude, but this is one of my least favorite Batman movies. No offense to the fans of this show but I hated it....really really hated it! But, I thought I would post this because it's still a really cool pinball game & there are people who love that movie. I think as more time passes this movie might become "better" because people will look at it & enjoy how bad it is. Like the way we now watch 1950's B-Movies & we know the monster is a guy in a cheesy costume but we still love it.
