OK, by now each & everyone of us have seen the brand-new Teaser Trailer for the THE DARK KNIGHT RISES Batman movie, probably more than once. Here's my question. At the end of the trailer we see an image of Batman being confronted by Bane. We really don't get a very good view of Bane but in the background is some guy who standing off in the distance. Does anybody know who this is & is he a major character? Just curious... Oh yeah, you might have to click on the above photo for a larger, sharper, version.
For this week's "Wacky Wallpaper Wedneday" I thought we could celebrate some of the BATMAN Movies. The 1st one is an iconic image from the 1966 BATMAN Movie with Adam West ( "Some Days You Just Can't Get Rid of a Bomb!" ). The next background, of course, is the just-released "Teaser Poster" for THE DARK KNIGHT RISES movie. We can't wait to see this new film & the image of Gotham City crumbling is cool!
Yesterday, Warner Bros released an official image on their Batman "THE DARK KNIGHT RISES" Movie Website of the "Teaser Poster" for the film. Here it is, click on it for a HUGE version. It shows an upward shot of crumbling buildings ( Gotham City ) and there's a "hidden" image of the Bat-Logo. What do you think? Now, please keep in mind that the "teaser stuff" is usually extremely vague & mysterious.
I received an email this morning from a guy who is working on a new fan-made film called "Passing on the Smile". Basically, the movie is all about the creation of Harley Quinn. She is an employee of Arkham Asylum in Gotham City & we all know that she turns into a villain ( and Joker's girlfriend ) ...but, how does it happen? I think this film is going to try & explain that. This is the teaser trailer & you also get a small glimpse of the Joker.
Here's another video from tonight's episode of BATMAN: THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD. This one is the "teaser" you'll see in the beginning of the TV show showcasing the Jonah Hex character. Batman travels back in time to the "Old Cowboy Days"...YEEAA HAAWW!

Warner Brothers is being very sneaky with some "Viral Marketing" for their NEW Batman movie THE DARK KNIGHT, to be released in 2008. Here's a YouTube video of the new teaser trailer for THE DARK KNIGHT. It was 1st posted by "The Joker" on the Joker's webpage.
