Funny BATMAN BATMOBILE Humor Photos, Ha Ha!

I swear that I am NOT sucking-up when I say that I really love my readers, for real! They send some really great stuff in to me & to be honest it's my favorite part of doing this blog. There's nothing better than getting cool source material just mailed to you, it's like a gift or something, ha ha! Here's 2 examples: The 1st photo is one sent in by Jeff, from California, he said he saw this car at a shopping mall & had to get a photo. The guy had a custom airbrush art graphic of Batman on the hood of his car ( we also like the gull-wing doors, ha ha ). The next picture is one found on the internet by our friend Mary who said it was from a major fan page for the Miata Car. She told us about how he had a ton of funny pictures, featuring the Miata of course, that had been photoshopped & when she saw this one she knew she had to send it to us! Thanks for sending these in guys, they're great! We wanna invite ALL of our Bat-Blog readers to keep sending us cool bat-stuff. We love it!

FREE JOKER INTERNATIONAL POSTER The Dark Knight Movie

If you buy the current issue of TOTAL FILM magazine it has a Giant-Size "FREE" Poster of Heath Ledger's JOKER from THE DARK KNIGHT International Movie Poster. It's folded into 8 sections but pops open to measure about 23" X 32", that's pretty HUGE!! This is a magazine published in the UK but you can find it at better bookstores in the USA. The cost is around $6.00. Greedy "Scalpers" have been selling these on eBay for $20+. That was, until people found out they could get them in this magazine...those bastards!

Video: SEXY BATGIRL, CATWOMAN, and WONDER WOMAN Department Store TV Commercial
OK, I published this video here about a year ago & it's ALWAYS been a super-favorite of most readers so I thought I would put it here again for people who have never seen it before, it's worthy! This is a Spanish TV Commercial filmed in Argentina for a department store chain ( that's why the language is Spanish ). It features Batgirl ( with her Bat-Cycle ), Catwoman, & Wonder Woman too! The models are extremely beautiful, very sexy, & the costumes are great!! I've seen it a hundred times & it's still awe-inspiring, ha ha! Please be sure to send a link of this post to all your friends, they'll love ya for it! Oh yeah, remember to CHECK THE ARCHIVES for over 1000 posts because, if not, you miss cool stuff like this!

BATMAN HOTROD CAR Resin Model Kit Design
The other day a friend reminded me of a wonderful website called SUGAR FROSTED GOODNESS. It's a site for "Graphic Design Nerds" ( I mean that in a good way, ha ha ) who appreciate good design in the skills of graphic & commercial art. It's also a neat page for visual eye-candy. While there I discovered a Graphic Artist / Illustrator named Chris Parks. He's from Wichita, Kansas & his main focus are corporate logos. He also likes to dabble in vinyl toy designs & came up with this amazing "Hot Rod Car" resin model kit featuring...Batman!!

Here's a photo of the model kit completed...

And here's another photo of the packaging & another "paint variation" on the kit. I Actually like the 2nd one better! Mainly because the colors of Batman are more like the "comic book version". Click on it to see a larger, more detailed, photo. I also love the graphics on the box. They look a lot those "Weird-O's Hot Rod Model Kits" from the 1960's. Especially the font design...nice!
Here's a link to check out his official interview. He does some very cool stuff so you might like just looking at the artwork, ha ha!

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY From Batman... and Catwoman Too!

OK, in the United States we have a stupid holiday ( created by the candy & floral companies ) called Valentine's Day, ha ha! I know, I sound bitter, I'm not. Actually, I have a wonderful person in my life & I think she's great. We'll have a special dinner tonight & I'm thankful for that. I just hate how commercialized everything is here in the USA. I know it sounds cynical but it's true. If I see another Zales Jewelry Store "Heart-Shaped Pendant" TV Commercial I'm gonna throw-up! I do, however, have some sentimental feelings about Valentine's Day. One of them is the cool themed-greeting cards we gave out in school when we were little kids. These have been a tradition for a very long time & I could almost see myself collecting them because the vintage ones are really cool. The graphics are some of my favorites. Check out the ones here with Batman & Catwoman...sweet! So, don't let the commercials wear you down & please remember to call your Mother & wish her a Happy Valentines Day.

Video: A 1966 Batman TV Show Tribute with Groovy Music by LEMON!
Here's a recent YouTube find of a fan-made video with electronic pop music by LEMON. The footage from the 1960's TV Show is pretty cool plus the music is very fresh & an original version of the classic Batman Theme Song. So, Be sure to crank-up your speakers and ...ROCK ON BABY!
